For Members
Submitting a Payment
> Important: Make the external payment BEFORE submitting. Don't submit proof until money is actually sent.
What Makes Good Proof
Include screenshots showing:
- Payment amount
- Recipient (matches club's account)
- Confirmation that it was sent
- Your name or account as sender
- Zelle confirmation screen showing "Payment Sent"
- Venmo payment receipt
- Bank statement showing the debit
- PayPal receipt

Guests are non-members who pay for public fees (events, donations, etc.).

Return to the payment page using the same email address to see your payment status.

Can I pay more than required?
For open-amount fees, yes. For fixed-price fees, contact your admin.

How long does verification take?
Depends on your club's admins. Usually 24-48 hours.
What payment apps have no fees?
Zelle, Venmo (personal), and Cash App (personal) typically have no fees for person-to-person payments.
Can members pay any method for any fee?
Yes, all active payment methods are available for all fees.
Should we use personal or club accounts?
We recommend dedicated club/treasurer accounts when possible. This separates personal finances and makes leadership transitions easier.
