BPP University is a private university in the United Kingdom. Running courses in law, accountancy, business, nursing, and technology, the for-profit institution is currently a part of BPP Education Group. was established in 1976 as an accountancy school. Its three co-founders, Alan Brierley, Richard Price and Charles Prior, used the initials of their surnames for the company name. All three previously worked teaching accountancy for the Financial Training Company.
