What Are Guests?
Guests are individuals who interact with your organization but aren't registered members. They don't have user accounts or login access, but you can track their information and payment history.
When to Use Guests
Guests are ideal for:
- Event Attendees - People who attend your events but aren't members
- Prospective Members - Individuals considering membership
- One-Time Donors - Supporters who make donations without joining
- Friends & Family - People who attend with members but aren't joining themselves

Key Features
Create & Edit Guests
Add guests with their name, email, phone, and notes. Guest information can be updated at any time.
Record Payments
Track payments and donations from guests. Each guest has a complete payment history with verified, pending, and rejected amounts.
View Payment Statistics
See total verified payments, pending amounts, and rejected payments for each guest on their detail page.
Merge with Members
When a guest signs up as a member, merge their guest record to link payment history. See Merging Guests for details.
