The first Catholic college in Florida, It enrolls students at the traditional University Campus, through its Center for Online Learning, and at five regional Education Centers. University-wide, Saint Leo educates students from all 50 states, the District of Columbia, three U.S. territories, and more than 80 countries. As of 2023, total enrollment was 10,231. and inaugurated its first doctoral program in 2013. The university website listed 447 faculty and staff members in July 2025.
