About

The SUST Physics Society of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology is dedicated to promoting scientific knowledge, research enthusiasm, academic excellence, and intellectual growth among physics students. The society works to create a strong platform where students, faculty members, researchers, and alumni can collaborate to advance the culture of science and innovation. It regularly organizes seminars, workshops, physics Olympiads, research discussions, academic mentoring sessions, science exhibitions, educational tours, and career-oriented programs to enrich students’ understanding of modern physics and emerging scientific technologies. The society also arranges interactive sessions with distinguished faculty members, alumni, and professionals from academia and industry to provide guidance on higher studies, research opportunities, scholarships, and career development both at home and abroad. Through collaborative projects, networking events, publications, and social initiatives, the organization encourages leadership, teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, and community engagement among students while strengthening the bond between current students, alumni, and the physics community.
